GS1000-LS directional boring machine
1. Equipped with Cummins turbocharged engine with strong power, stable performance and lower fuel consumption than other engines;
2.Thrust & pullback device which is equipped with German Rexroth motor with simple transmission structure, reliable performance. Thrust & pullback has multi-stage variable speed and the thrust & pullback force can be raised up to 1600 kN, The working efficiency and speed is leading in industry;
3.Equipped with international well-known motor which can realize the rotation multistage variable speed and greatly enhances the work efficiency;
4.Low clamping center can protect the drill rod effectively, and takes up small construction space. Front and rear wrench can be separated, and the clamping can change block according to drill rod specification.
6. The floating spindle is in favour of protecting drill pipe thread.
7. Four-link amplitude mechanism is adopted and the angle range is large (10°~19°). The drilling rig center of gravity is lower and the stability is better;
8.Proportional line control walking system that ensures the safety of rig and personnel in process of walking, loading and uploading.
9.Rotary Manipulator is Goodeng's patent. The drill rods slip automatically, so there is no need to unload drill road with people which can save labour charge.
10.The on-board operating room has large space and can be rotated, which is equipped with warm and cold AC.
11.There are two operation systems, automatic operation system and manual operation system. In automatic condition, it can adjust rig parameter on time according to soil condition to protect the rig.

1. What about the warranty time?
A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours, whichever occurs first.

2. What about the delivery time?

    A:20 days after receiving the deposit.

3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?

    A: On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or against the copy of original BL for old client.

       On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clause" can be accepted. 

4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?

    A: We can ship machine by sea and road. 

 5. What about the after-sales service?

   A: We have office and professional after-sales service team in many countries. After you receiving the new machine, we will provide you one engineering training installation and debugging service for 3-5days. If there are some problems, our after-sales service team will arrive the project site in shortest time.
