"Goodeng Machine" was established in May 2002, is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, production, sales and service of trenchless machinery, piling machinery, mining machinery, the main products are GS series of horizontal directional drilling machine, GPY series of static pile driver, GM series of surface drilling machine and accessories. In 2012, "Goodeng Machine" was identified as "National High-tech Enterprise", and successfully got the acceptance and achievement appraisal of the project named "Research on Key Technologies and Product Development of Heavy-duty intelligent trenchless directional drilling rig". The company R&D center was recognized as China Machine Engineering Technology Research Center, many products have obtained the mechanical industry science and technology progress awards from national and provincial government. In 2018, "GOODENG" won the "China Well-known Trademark". In 2022, the company was in the directory of listing cultivation plan for Jiangsu Technology Enterprise. The first "Goodeng Machine" overseas manufacturing base broke ground in Thailand in the same year, covering an area of nearly 80000 m². The company also has two manufacturing bases in China, covering an area of more than 150000 m², with more than 500 employees, a number of modern intelligent production lines, which can provide 3,000 sets various types of machinery per year. 1. What about the warranty time?
A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working h ours,whichever occurs first.
2. What about the delivery time?
A:20 days after receiving the deposit.
3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A: On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or against the copy of original BL for old client.
On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clause" can be accepted.
4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
A: We can ship machine by sea and road.
5. What about the after-sales service?
A: We have office and professional after-sales service team in many countries.
After you receive the new machine, we will provide you one engineering training installation and debugging service for 3-5days.
If there are some problems, our after-sales service personnels will arrive the project site in shortest time.
