1. The structure of the whole machine: the main machine and the power system are integrated structure, compact shape, width 3.5m, height 3.6m, meets the domestic and foreign transportation laws and regulations, convenient for transportation.

2.Three-stage emission electronically-controlled engine meets the national three-stage emission requirements for construction machinery, and it can flexibly realize dual-engine or single-engine work, which saves energy and reduces consumption.

3. Unique design of power head structure:

(1)Gear box front, shorten the diameter change, protect the drill pipe screw, reduce the wear and prolong the life of the drill pipe.

(2) Double-layer structure gear box, finite element stiffness, strength double standard design, gear box strength solid as gold.

(3)Gearbox countersunk design, fully improve the force of the gearbox under the maximum thrust and pull.

(4)Floating design of the main shaft of the power head fully protects the drill pipe screws.

4. Four-point patented clamping technology to improve the rigidity and strength of the structure; compared with the three-point type, there are more cylinders, more contact points and larger area, the clamping force and unloading torque is greatly improved; field maintenance and replacement of the clamping bar is more convenient and quicker; the clamping device can be floated throughout the whole process.

5. Automated rod loading mechanism, Gudeng patented technology, mature and reliable, high degree of automation, freeing up the labor force and reducing labor intensity.

6. Automatic drilling control system, the drilling machine can realize constant torque drilling under the set torque and push/pull force, the computer can control the drilling parameters more accurately and realize the overload protection of the drilling rod; the system pressure and rotary torque can be set steplessly by the electric control system.

FAQ

1. What about the warranty time?
    A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours,whichever occurs first.
2. What about the delivery time?
    A:20 days after receiving the deposit.
3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
    A:On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or
        against the copy of original BL for old client.
        On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without"soft clause" can be accepted. 
4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
