Drilling system

The cab of Goodeng G130 horizontal directional drilling rig is a model of ingeniously designed efficient working space. The operation console is centered on humanized design, with perfect adaptation between the operation handle and the seat. Operators can smoothly complete a series of complex operations such as drill pipe pushing, pulling and rotating without large movements, just by sitting on the seat with their arms not leaving the armrests. This not only greatly improves operational convenience, but also effectively relieves fatigue from long - time operations, making construction easy and efficient.

The drilling system of Goodeng G130 horizontal directional drilling rig is based on a crawler chassis, equipped with a diesel engine such as Cummins, and drives the power head through a hydraulic system. The power head adopts gear or chain drive, and the hollow shaft design allows mud to pass through. The push-pull system has a maximum thrust/pull force of about 150kN. It is equipped with an automated drill pipe loading and unloading mechanism (including drill pipe box, shuttle arm and PLC control), and the front and rear vices clamp the drill pipe through hydraulics. The overall structure is compact, suitable for short to medium distance crossing operations of small and medium diameter pipelines.

FAQ

1. What about the warranty time?
    A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours,whichever occurs first.
2. What about the delivery time?
    A:20 days after receiving the deposit.
3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
    A:On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or
        against the copy of original BL for old client.
        On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without"soft clause" can be accepted. 
4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
    A: We can ship machine by sea and road.
