1. The GS12000-TS trailer-type horizontal directional drilling rig is a large-scale trenchless directional crossing equipment with a maximum back-pulling force of 8000KN and a maximum rotation torque of 220000Nm.
2. The engines in the power system are composed of four Foton Cummins engines (383kW×4); through the power control system, the power of the hydraulic system is perfectly matched under various working conditions, with strong power, energy saving and environmental protection. The independently arranged power station is designed according to the size of the container and is easy to transport.
3. Power head structure unique design: a. The gear box is front-mounted and the rotary drive sub is shortened, which can protect the drill rod thread, weaken the damage degree, and extend the life of the drill rod. b. Double-layer structure gearbox, designed with double standards of finite element stiffness and strength, the strength of the gearbox is impregnable. c. The sunken design of the gearbox fully improves the force of the gearbox under the maximum push and pull force. d. The floating design of the power head spindle fully protects the drill pipe thread.
4. Four-point patented technology clamp, Improve the stiffness and strength of the structure; compared with the three-point type, there are more cylinders, larger contact points and area. And the clamping force and shackle torque are greatly improved; on-site maintenance and replacement of vice jaw are convenient and fast; the clamp can float all the way.
5. Auto rod loading mechanism, Goodeng's patented technology is mature and reliable, with a high degree of automation, freeing labor and reducing labor intensity.
6. Automatic drilling control system, the drilling rig achieves constant torque drilling under the set torque and push-pull force. The computer controls the drilling parameters more accurately and realizes the overload protection of the drill pipe.

1. What about the warranty time?
A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working h ours,whichever occurs first.
2. What about the delivery time?
A:20 days after receiving the deposit.
3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A: On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or against the copy of original BL for old client.
On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clause" can be accepted.
4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
A: We can ship machine by sea and road.
5. What about the after-sales service?
A: We have office and professional after-sales service team in many countries.
After you receive the new machine, we will provide you one engineering training installation and debugging service for 3-5days.
If there are some problems, our after-sales service personnels will arrive the project site in shortest time.
