Product Description

German Rexroth automatic variable system is adopted for rotation, push & pull, clamping and walk, with load sensitivity control. Advanced hydraulic system increases more than 15%-20% productivity, and saves more than15%- 20% energy compared with traditional one.

1. Adopt engines of internationally renowned brands, high efficiency, large power, low fuel consumption, low noise and strong ability in construction.
2. Driving head reserves reinforced power (Thrust& Pullback force). Thrust& Pullback force can be increased to 1000KN, which ensures the safety of the construction in the construction of big diameter.
3. Four-bar linkage luffing structure is adopted for main girder, which highly increases entry angle range and ensures the large angle and rig tracks are not off ground, having improved the safety performance.
4. Wire-control walking system can be used to ensure the safety in the process of walk, transfer and load & unload.
5. Reversible manipulator is convenient for loading and unloading drill rod, which can greatly reduce the workers labor intensity, and improve work efficiency.

FAQ

1. What about the warranty time?
A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours,whichever occurs first.

2. What about the delivery time?
A:10-20 days after receiving the deposit.

3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A: On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or against the copy of original BL for old client. On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clause" can be accepted.

4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
A: We can ship machine by sea and road.

5. What about the after-sales service?
A: We have office and professional after-sales service team in many countries. After you receiving the new machine, we will provide you one engineering training installation and debugging service for 3-5days. If there are some problems, our after-sales service team will arrive the project site in shortest time.
