[Main Performance Characteristics]
1. Main hydraulic system: high pressure electric control open-circuit system, compared to closed-circuit system, there is no pressure difference loss caused by oil-adding pressure, the system is more energy saving, environmental protection, rig work ability further enhanced.
2. Equipped with two diesel engines, one or two engines working is realized to meet different conditions, and thus saving energy. If one of the twin engines breaks down, the other one can still operate normally (same force,low speed), greatly improve construction safety.
3. Driving head rotation and push&pull speed adopt proportional linear stepless regulation.
4. Front and back clamping can be separated, clamping floats in whole process.
5. Equipped with 127×9600 mm,φ140×9600 mm or 168×9600 mm drill pipe;Floating spindle further protects the drill pipe thread.
6. Floating girder is easy to loading, unloading, climbing and transportation, convenient for adjusting entry angle, power head length can reach 11meters, which can effectively protect clamps.
7. Wide steel walking track is convenient for loading and unloading without taking apart, directly in position.
8. Two seats in operation cab, spacious and comfortable, can lift, rotate and with open field of vision.
9. Drill pipe bracket in the middle increases accuracy of drill pipe loading and unloading, highly improving work efficiency.
10. Main control valve: according to rig construction conditions, independent design, with patent protection main switch valve; simple and reliable structure, ensure smooth operation. Big drift diameter design, with smaller throttling loss, smaller heating power, more energy saving, compact shape etc.; more reasonable power system structure, improve push-pull speed on the condition of not affecting rig torque and push-pull force, hence meeting speed demand in different construction condition.
11. To enhance the executing mechanism ability, hydraulic system is designed in conformity to large flow and high pressure. Our self-designed inserting control valve group reacts fast and reduces 50% pressure loss in hydraulic system.
12. Self-designed and developed, combined electronic controlling system realizes its adaptive control to different working condition and different geologic strata,improving the efficiency of construction 30%.
13. Liquid crystal system man and rig exchange can monitor rig condition any time, which can adjust rig work, alarm parameter, making operation simpler and more comfortable.
14. Rational and effective cooling system ensures safety, reliability and efficiency of system, and extends motor using life, avoids motor damages.
15. System is configured with both auto-operation and man-operation. Auto-operation could timely adjust the running parameter according to the strata situation and automatically adjust the rig for rig and drill rod protection.

1. What about the warranty time?
A:12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours,whichever occuts first.
2. What about the delivery time?
A:20 days after receiving the deposit.
3.What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A:On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advnce, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or
against the copy of original BL for old client.
On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without"soft clause" can be accepted.
4.What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
A: We can ship machine by sea and road.
